Got up and ran today - hoping to get back to my routine. Running is slow, my head and chest just aren't in it. This week has been good. Recovering is more of a process than being sick.

Tomorrow is my weigh in. I'm not sure how it's going to be. I haven't been on the scales and I just don't know. I've been eating and tracking. Auntie Flo is knocking on the door and that seems to eliminate weight loss. We'll see. Happy thoughts!
