1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I got up a little late this morning but I still ran and I still got in 3 miles. I have a lot more to say right after a run. I've had more thinking time.

During my run I thought a lot about my half marathon. What training to do, when to start. Should I do a half in April. Part of my is afraid it's a one time thing and once I do it I won't want to do another. The other part of me thinks it's just the beginning and maybe a marathon is in my future. Um.
