I got up and ran today. It was a day I had to push the entire way. My body is fighting something. I'm tired all the time and I even take a nap. I do have more energy after my run but even that today was harder than it should be.

Maybe it's mental. Maybe I just need to push through it. When do you stop pushing and listen to your body and stop?

Tomorrow is weigh in - I will be up a little. Such is life. If this journey were done in a vacuum with no outside forces influencing me - I would have been done long ago. It's about living along the way.

  1. Hmmm. have you thought about a visit to the Dr. to rule out illness..like having some blood drawn? And then when everything checks out you know it is mental and just have to push through?

    Mine has always been mental with running. "The funk" can last up to a couple weeks for me sometimes..
