I ran 4.5 miles. It was forced a lot of the way. My body is just tired. Not sure what's going on - I'm sure with some rest it will go away at some point.

I'm very nervous about my goal of 199 pounds this weekend. I'm up. I'm up a lot from last weekend. We talked about mindless eating at our meeting. I haven't struggled with this for sometime. Last weekend was just that. I tracked everything but I just ate whenever and whatever I wanted. The weekends have no routine for me. I've got to get a plan and get it in place before Friday. Power Foods will be my focus for the rest of this week. I did some Super Bowl planning already -- Pulled Pork Sandwiches (lean pork loin on whole wheat rolls), pasta salad (FF Italian dressing and veggies), green salad and Crystal Light to drink. It shouldn't be bad at all - portion control is KEY.

  1. I am really bad on the weekends as well - but it takes time. I finally switched my workout day-off to Tuesdays because when I wasn't working out first thing on Saturday the rest of my weekend was shot!! You can do it... 4.5 miles running, I am envious of your stamina.
