Well, I didn't get up to run or walk this morning. My chest has been so tight the past few days and my head is fuzzy. I don't really want to pass out at the Rec Center - I'll rest and wait. I have been taking my Vitamin C and eating right so rest should help.

One thing I was going to do this week was stay off the scale. I did great until last night and I just had to see where I was. I'm down and I'm excited. Eating is everything. I could have 40 activity points and still gain if my eating is right.

Well, here's to a day of rest and getting my house in order for the weekend.

That really isn't rest is it?
