I'm done being sick. Mentally I'm done. Go away cold. I got up and ran today. It was slow. It was only 3 miles. It was better than I thought.

My legs felt good. My body felt good. My head, not too bad. My chest - breathing was okay. My cough - not bad and breathing hard helped to cough up the crud. Overall, nice to get out of the house and get moving again. I have missed it. I have also appreciated it so much more.

I'm going to enter the 190s this week. I don't know where my thoughts are on this. I haven't seen this century for years!

I am blessed.

Way to go with the weightloss. I am still amazed that anyone can run - I am jsut so bad at it.

  2. I tell you, sometimes running gets rid of the cold. Just like you said, it helps you cough it up. It also makes your sinuses dilate and allows you to breathe better. I know it sounds backwards, but running nearly always makes me get over a cold faster.
Can't wait to find out about the weigh in. I know what you mean about getting the eating under control. I have increased activity and am still gaining. Kind of hard after so many years, but I will stay active. We all have a good and bad. Just keep moving.
