A friend gave me an awesome training schedule for my half marathon. I typed it up and entered my dates and races. I'm excited to start and have something a little more motivating than my watch :)
Eating this week -- it's been different. When I was sick and not earning any activity points I was right on top of my eating. Veggies were getting consumed. This week - I have had my salads and some veggies. The weekend killed me - I don't know why but it was a sugar weekend, I had ice cream with butterscotch topping and 4 pumpkin cookies - yummo!
Isn't it amazing? That's my idea of "bad" - a cup of ice cream - topping - 4 cookies ---- 4 not 4 dozen. I have come a long way!
