It is cold, bitter cold this morning. A north wind is swirling all of the dusty snow around. Why did I get up and go out this morning? One reason and one reason only - I joined Syl's February Challenge - 40 minutes 5 days a week. Today - 40 minutes of alpine training on the bike. I feel good, my legs feel very wobbly. They'll recover.

I also had a terrible eating weekend - how bad? Not so bad that I will never recover. I am way past that point. Will I make my goal this weekend? It will be close. I took my eyes off the prize for a moment - It's okay - I'm back! I'm going grocery shopping and life will be back.
