1. No sugar - this means cookies, ice cream, treats, you know - the yummy stuff. I'm still having fruit.2. Focus on POWER FOODS. Veggies! Veggies! Veggies!
3. Drink all of my required water. Be hydrated!
4. Weigh & measure all of the food I eat.
5. HIDE THE SCALE. Weigh in only at my Weight Watcher's meeting. Weigh in weekly :)
My focus is on the behaviors - the
behaviors necessary to see weight loss again.
