Okay - eating for today.  I have successfully finished (the day is almost over) the day without sugar.  I've tracked everything that has crossed my lips and my water intake for the day is great.  No sugar - that was a huge battle and I did it.  I did fall to the nacho cheese Doritos on the fridge.  Ug.  They have always been my downfall.  Probably always will.  They were tracked and accounted for so the guilt is gone and what was eaten was eaten.  I don't want to start focusing on on my food so much that it becomes and obsession.  It won't be.  I am truly past that point.
