It was the perfect temperature this morning.  Great morning for a run.  I need to remember that three weeks ago I really wanted to run and couldn't.  Now I can and NEED to enjoy it.  Love it.

I ran 4 miles this morning.   I felt good.  I decided to throw in a hill - my IT band wasn't too happy but it recovered when I got back on the flat.  I was so tired the entire run and my speed wasn't very fast but I was doing it.

I went to physical therapy this morning.  I didn't have anything done but a run analysis.  I had my PT look at my shoes, he watched me walk, jog and then run.  Overall - I still pronate.  My left side looks good - right side pronates.  That's no surprise.  My right side is weaker when I do strength training.  Overall - form is good, continue with strength training - especially the right leg, try my super feet in my Altras and see if it makes a difference.  He thought the Altras had a great toe box, good design but just lacked in the support.  Yes, that's what makes them a minimal shoe.  He thought they would be for short distances - anything 4 and under.  I'm going to try my Super feet and see if I can go farther.  I feel like I'm on the right track.  I hope I can get everything figured out by Red Rock.
