2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

No run this morning and I really missed.  Sleeping in took over and it felt great too!  My lower back is really achy, running may have helped.  I keep wondering if I need to drink more  We'll see.  I'll stretch - I'm sure that will help!  Eating is okay.  Sugar has been hard to say no too.  Funny when you set a goal to have nothing and that's what you want.  I guess the answer is moderation.  Moderation in all things!
