2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Almost a 4 mile run today. I was so tired today. I think summer runs me ragged! My Altras still feel so good. I love running in them. They seriously feel like slippers - light & soft. I hope that I can get my running form figured out so that I can completely heal my ITBS.

Eating is going okay. I'm maintaining weekly but I'm not really happy where I am. Don't get me wrong - I just feel like another 10 pounds would put my body right where I need to be. My focus is going to be on power foods - specifically vegetables. Tracking each day & staying right on my 27 points. Drinking lots & lots of water. Same behaviors that got me here in the first place.

I would really like to work for Weight Watchers. Earn a little cash & just pay it forward for the experiences I have had there. In order to work there I would need to be down another 5 pounds. That's good incentive for another 10!
