First five mile run! It was scheduled to be a 4.5 mile run but I hit that & I wasn't home yet so I just kept running.
My breathing has been so hard during my runs - I can't wait until its back to normal. I hadn't been able to figure out my breathing bit today I had a thought. I'm running faster than I have been. Not much but I'm thinking fast enough that it's throwing my breathing off. Any thoughts?
