1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Early start today.  I ran down to the high school and did speed training at the track.  Not the most enjoyable activity but definitely one with huge benefits.  After I was done I did my strength training and then ran home.  Life is good and I'm done running until tomorrow.  What am I saying?  I'm a mom.  When do moms stop running?
