I did run yesterday - just did 4 miles. It felt good to drop down a little. Today -- I totally slept in -- ON PURPOSE! It was awesome. Last night it was snowing and blowing and I just decided to stay in my warm bed. AWESOME! I taking tomorrow off too and then I'll have an eleven mile run on Saturday. Can't wait!

I'm loving how I'm eating. I'm not hungry and I am losing again. It's been a long time since I've seen actually movement. I'll fill everyone in when I have time. Let's just say I'm healthy, I'm eating tons of veggies, lean protein and healthy carbs. Love it!
