Snow, snow, snow! I actually don't think it's all that bad. I got up and made it to the gym this morning. It felt good to run. My foot felt great, legs felt good, lungs felt terrible. It will be back, it will just be a long week of sucking air.

I've got a schedule worked out for my training. I know, I've had one before. This one is actually typed up and official :) I feel like I've taken a few weeks off and now I need to get back into things and hit it hard!

I have to tell you that I had a terrible eating weekend. Two sugar cookies, two brownies with Texas sheet cake stacked on each one and about a half a cup of white chocolate chips. Today is a new day. When I eat how and what I should I don't crave sweets. This week the focus is on protein, carbs and water. By Friday I will be at my 90 pound mark! I can't wait! It's a huge mental game at this point - figuring out how to stay motivated and doing it!
