Just finished my run! I felt great at the end. Should it take 6 miles to feel good?
I laced my shoes differently this morning. My feet felt pretty good. The real test will be 12 miles on Saturday.
Today my focus is going to be on lean protein, healthy fats & getting my nonstarchy veggies with each meal (not a problem) and with each snack (PROBLEM).
