2013 Goals

I did run yesterday, I just didn't post. I felt good, just 3 miles then strength (upper body).
Today I went. I didn't want to run the 7 scheduled because I'm going to do my long run tomorrow. I thought I'd just get 2 or 3 miles in. I did a mile and a half, stopped to talk and just never started again. It's okay. A rest day before my long run is on my schedule. I'm hoping to get a medium run in on Saturday.
I did do some abs today. I need to look for some different ab work outs. Something that makes me feel it and really strengthens my core. Pinterest probably has something great. I've probably already pinned it :)
