I must have taken it too easy the past few weeks. I ran 3 miles this morning and I have to say it wasn't the easiest I've done. Funny how awesome our body is and how much it needs to keep going to stay at the level it's at. I started strength training this week too. I really like it, it's a nice change. I am going to do cross training on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursday short run and strength, Wednesday a long pace run, Friday rest and Saturday long run.
My foot is feeling okay so far. Tomorrow will be a better judge, I'll have a 6 mile run. It's the longer miles that made my toes tingle.

  1. It is funny. I just started doing the couch to 5K program. Some days it seems SO MUCH easier and then other days I feel like I am going to die. Any suggestions for starting out with running?
