Nice three mile run today. Loved that it was only three miles. My body isn't supposed to feel achy and creaky. I'm hoping by catching this early that I can be injury free for my marathon. Mentally I'm trying to prepare for my eleven mile run this Saturday. I know the route. I know how far I'm going to run until I take my first break. I know how often I'm going to take my walking breaks. Mentally - I'm going to be ready!

Eating is going great. I love what I'm doing. The scale showed that last week. This week Auntie Flo is visiting so everything is off. It's okay - I'm fueling my body with what it needs and it likes it! Today is a quiet snowy day. I love that. Now to resist the urge to make cinnamon rolls!!! Did I mention that I really don't crave sugar. If I stay on top of my eating and don't let my blood sugar get low it really helps.

  1. I just got into running a few months ago - and suprisingly I am getting better and have almost stopped talking myself out of stopping!

    I am 162 pounds, I just wonder how fast I'll run when I am 140! :D
