I ran 3 miles this morning. It was one of my faster runs. I felt good. I should, I haven't run since Saturday. It's that time of the year when running inside is getting old. I'm frustrated with it because my Nike App is off. I'm counting laps now and I bet I run an extra two laps on my 3 mile run. That's quite a bit off. I'm crazy about the mental part and I run until the numbers on Nike say I'm done even though counting laps tells me I am.

Eating is good. I'm tracking my protein and carbs still. My weekend was right where it should have been. I did enjoy a great ice cream cone from the creamery. Some things are just going to happen. I'm going to hit my 90 pound mark this Saturday - I am! I am!

I've got to figure out when to do my long run. It will probably have to happen on Friday, maybe Friday evening?

I'm missing Miss Keelie! I know you probably aren't even on the internet but I'm thinking about you and hoping that things are good!

Morgan - How's it going? You should be getting warmer weather and more daylight - enjoy your runs!

  1. I'm glad your runs are going well! I need to get out there - I got sick last week and it laid me out flat all week. It is getting way lighter and more sunny here and I need to take advantage of it!
