3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

My legs are hammered. Between running and the strength training my legs are tired. They need a break. Maybe Saturday and Sunday will be good. Tomorrow I need to do 4 miles to get my 15 in for the week. I guess I'll see how I feel.

Today is weigh in! I will hit the 85 pound mark! Kinda excited!
