I'm seriously laying in bed, talking myself into just getting in the shower. No workout. Can I justify it? I can justify anything. I have worked out all week. I am going to give my legs a day off:) have a great Friday!

  1. I would love to get to a place where I don't feel like I have to justify missing a day of working out. In that kind of life, I guess working out would be more about it just being a part of my life than something I had to do in order to lose some weight, and that way it would have less pressure attached to it so skipping one wouldn't feel like I was messing something up.

    My kids are all better, thanks. The stomach virus felled half our ward, so someone had the bug at church last Sunday! Thankfully I didn't get it.
