Tomorrow is a big day. Two 5Ks, add an extra 8 miles in somewhere and weigh in day. Tomorrow morning I'm doing the Running with Angels 5K at Thanksgiving point. It will be awesome (if the rain will stop) running through the gardens. After that I'm going to weigh in and attend a WW meeting. I haven't been to a meeting for a two weeks and I miss going. Tomorrow is also the day of my 14 mile run. It's getting broken into parts because of the two 5Ks. I'm thinking after the WW 5K I will do the remaining 8 miles. Who knows. It will all fall into place tomorrow.
Well, have a great Friday. Off to finish my laundry, feed my kids and do my hair.
You have a scheduled 12 miles next week, go ahead and just do the 2 5Ks tomorrow. That will be plenty. You can call it your speed/tempo work, because you will be running faster than normal. That will be plenty enough for one day. Just remember, right now you need to just maintain because you have that great base already. Good luck!
