I started running at 5:30 yesterday morning and didn't stop until I went to bed at 10:30 last night. What a long day. I did 7 miles yesterday and while that's not my long run for the week, it was long enough. Today I got up, went run, started running and realized I was tired. I got two miles in and quit. My body just hasn't had time to recover from this past weekend.

I got new running shoes - same style of one of my current pairs. I can't wait to get them broken in -- wondering if that could happen before my half. We'll see how much I can wear them and run in them a little for the next few weeks.

Not much to say. I'm going to have a nap :)
