It's Monday! It's a blue sky, cloudless, no snow Monday! After getting 3" of snow on Saturday, I hope that we are done. My friend and I are going to run outside tomorrow and I have to say ---- I am EXCITED! I start my speed training tomorrow so I'm still on a track but a soft, easy on my legs OUTSIDE track. I can't wait. Oh -- and I get to sleep in until 5:45 AM! YES!

Weight loss. Saturday I hit my 65 pound loss mark. Very exciting! Now my eyes are on the 75 pound mark. I'm off to a good start, tomorrow I will go grocery shopping and load up on my fruit and veggies. Veggies for me are key. Fruit helps but veggies are what I was missing.

August is in the back of my mind for my life time goal. It's funny because August has been floating back there for a few months now. I would love June or July but that's just not realistic.

Today the Hobble Creek Half marathon opens for registration. It fills up fast so I'm really hoping I can get in. It is the end of August so it would give me a good training push for the summer. Just what I needed!

    If I keep telling myself I will beleive it right?!?!
    I haven't really used my fitness pal. I have been on their website but didn't do anything with it. I will have to check it out.
