I have been here. I have been running. I have been eating right. Spring is so busy. I took it easy last week. I only ran Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 3, 6 and 8 miles. I felt good when I ran today. I ran 3 miles. I keep trying to calibrate my Nike + GPS Ap - It is so off. It is frustrating. Friday I ran down to the track to run, a mile down, then I only had 6 miles to do on the track then a mile home. For every mile I ran, my Nike + only gave me a half a mile. That's a huge difference. Today I tried to calibrate it but it still was off. I've really got to figure it out. Maybe it just doesn't like running in circles around the track.
This week I have a 14 mile run. I'm trying to figure out the logistics of when, where and how to fit it in. Saturday would be great but my friend and I are running two 5Ks that day. I'll figure it out and I'll get it in. I'm also trying to figure out which hydration pack to buy. I'm doing a little research and trying to decide if I want one that sits on my hips, arm or back. Any suggestions would be great. Have a great Monday.

Thanks! Are you running 5k races. You could always just put in 8 more after your races on Saturday. You are already going to be out running. If your racing on Saturday, might be a good idea to run long on Wednesday or wait until the first of next week.
