I'm getting back on track. I traveled last weekend and severally fell off the wagon. Darn EL Fudge cookies. Those were my gateway goodies that lead to my downfall. We didn't just travel but helped someone move. Being tired and hungry isn't a good combination. I took food but got tired of eating sandwiches. Hamburgers and donuts looked much better. All is good. I'll get back on track.
This week I haven't lifted. Monday I ran, yesterday I biked and today I ran. Today's run was tough. I am doing hills on Wednesday. It feels good to know that I worked hard.
Our Red Rock team met last night. We picked our legs last night. I have Leg 6, it doesn't look too bad. A couple six mile legs and a two mile last leg.
I've got to get my eating planned and things will go well!
