Day 4 & 5 Body for Life
Yesterday was so busy.  I didn't get a chance to post.  I didn't run today.  I rode my bike instead.  It felt great.  I love my bike.  I did my interval stuff for about 45 minutes and then just finished with another 15 minutes on the bike.
Eating wasn't so good.  I've got to get my day planned better.  Planning.  That's what it comes down to.

Today I slept in until seven.  Not the plan but it works while school is out.  Today was upper body.  I love this.  I can't wait to really start seeing a physical difference.  I'm starting to get the hang and flow of how this works!

My biggest thing today is planning my eating and tracking what I eat.  It's all such a learning process, like a 50 year learning process!  Getting healthy and staying healthy will pay off and the long term benefits are incredible.
