Upper body lifting this morning.  My arms are still shaking.  What an awesome feeling.  No really.  It means I'm alive and moving.  I'm into a good rhythm right now.  This schedule is working for me.  I do think I need to increase my weekly mileage, but I'll judge that on my runs over the next few weeks.

I like the eating suggestions of Body for Life.  I do slip every now and then.  Once pay day comes and I can really shop then it will be easier too.

I'm going out of town for a few days so today is a day of planning and preparing.  I can do this and travel.  Running in the morning shouldn't be a big deal.  Lifting on Friday will be a challenge.  It may consist of air squats, lunges, calf raises and abs.  Look at that, challenge eliminated.  I am helping someone pack and move so maybe that will count as my workout.

Life is good.  Be strong and keep moving.

  1. Sometimes it is great to feel tired. This makes you satisfied with what you've done. But when you are living active lifestyle, your body needs a support. I have found a lot of useful advices at militarygradenutritionals.com/blog/. Numerous articles about athlete training, diet plans and nutrition helped me improve my workouts and overall well-being.
