Day 3 BfL
Day 4 and feeling great. I need to plan better. Yesterday was a busy day and I didn't get in all my meals. The night meal is hard for me. I always have stopped eating about two hours before bed so eating at 8 o'clock is weird. Today I'll do a little shopping so I'm set on the right foods and I'll be set. I'm going to the copy center today and I'm putting together my Body for Life book. This will have everything in it I need to track and monitor my progress. I saw somewhere to take progress photos every two weeks. That may be excessive. I really believe that seeing yourself and the changes happening are so motivating. That's something I regret a little about my journey. Progress pictures would have been great.
I did the lower body workout today. It felt great. I felt a little twinge in my back doing deadlifts so I need to figure that out. I feel a little light on the weights but I'll make some notes and figure this out as I go. I would like to get a gym pass so that I have some variety.
My demon called me this morning. I walked in the bathroom and there it was, just sitting there. Calling me to it. I'm learning. I know that if I give in it will give me excuses to eat or not workout. This time is different. I'm going with how I feel and how things are fitting. Mentally I'm going to be on top. The number and the scale will not win. I still have to weigh in at Weight Watchers but that's it. Once a week. Not ever night and every morning. This is my finish. I'm finishing strong.
