I just finished my birthday run.  I turn 40 today.  I remember the day when I thought 40 was old, imagine that.  I'm thankful to be where I am today.  I am thankful for the abilities my body has and continues to provide me.  I hope that at 50 I'm still running and still strong.
 I am not over the hill!  
I am on TOP of the hill!
Be strong and keep moving!
