Day 2 - I'm feeling a little sore from yesterday. I kind of like that feeling! Today was cardio day. Twenty minutes is recommended, I've been doing thirty. This lets me get in three miles of running. I like the challenge. Today I was felt sluggish. Some days are like that. I've got to plan out my eating and copy my tracking sheets for the rest of the week. So far so good!
