Today was my second lower body workout - quads, hamstrings, calves and abs. I love this one. It seems to go so much faster than I thought it would.
I'm trying to be patient with wanting to see progress. It's hard. Human nature tells me to just want it NOW. I know it takes time. I can be patient. I'll just keep at it. I love the image I posted yesterday. I'm looking forward to that 4 week mark. I'll do progress pictures and measure and I WILL see a difference. I am sticking with this!
