I've been working, just not posting. I've been so busy. I didn't lift last week but I did run and ride my bike. I missed lifting. It made me want to do good. I'm back at it this week.
W4D1 - I lifted yesterday - lower body. Felt great. I really think I need to get to the gym so I can get some variety. Squats are the only quad workout I can do at home with just dumbbells. Deadlift and lunges are what I'm limited to for hamstrings. A little more variety would be nice. Eating yesterday was okay. My goal is to track everything I eat today on my WW app. I'm really out of that habit.
W4D2 - Running intervals today. I love doing intervals. The time and miles pass quickly. I get a much better workout, push myself a little harder and make my body work in a different way. Just running and plodding the same speed and direction gets old. My legs - quads and hamstrings are a little sore from yesterday. It was good to get them moving today and then stretch. I love stretching -- really I don't but if I say it enough maybe I will!
TODAY I AM GOING TO TRACK MY FOOD.
