Yesterday I had great plans.  I thought I had really pondered what needed to be done.  Guess what.  I like fruit.  I'm actually going to try and focus on lean proteins, veggies and fruit.  I'm going to work on incorporating healthy fats and eliminating carbs other than veggies or fruit.  This is a link I've found, SOS Plan.  It makes sense.  Walks hand in hand with Weight Watchers.  I'm going to try it for a few weeks.  I'm still going to track my calories instead of points.  Then I can get the correct percentages of calories for lean proteins, carbs and healthy fats.  I can't do that with points because fruits and veggies are free.

I am struggling with my eating so badly.  Ug.  I'm sick of the battle in my head.  I almost wish I could take a pill that would fuel my body and I wouldn't even have to think about it.  Seriously.  I know my struggles are in the kitchen.  Lean proteins and veggies.  Focus.  Be Positive.

Thanks for the comments!  They are really appreciated.  Morgan - I loved spin when I was going.  It is an awesome cross training for running!  You are inspiring me to get my butt back on the bike!

  1. I love fruit too - I think that you can incorporate it sanely. I know that spin is supposed to be great cross training, but I can't imagine going running after a week of strength that was heavy on legs and back to back (night to morning) spin classes - my quads are killing me!
