Ahhhhh.  The sun is shining.  I'm actually laying in the sun soaking up everything I can.  As much as I hate cats, they may have a point about laying in the sun.

I think I'm on the right path.  Wow.  That was a terrible feeling.  I ran into my Weight Watcher's leader, Jenny at Walmart.  She is awesome.  I love her no nonsense approach to everything.   Luckily for me, not so for my husband he was sick on Thursday.  This gave me a babysitter and I was able to attend Jenny's class on Thursday.  I have some great friends in there.  I see them at the Rec Center and they are truly a help to me at Weight Watchers.  I honestly felt like I was starting over.  Jenny weighed me in - I was up 4 pounds from Monday.  Crazy.  We talked for a while.  I told her I was counting calories.  She asked why I was trying to reinvent the wheel, Weight Watchers works.  Understood!  We figured out where I should be on my daily points and she challenged me to stick to those points each day - not use any of the 49 anytime points.  She also challenged me to use a paper tracker - go old school and write everything down by hand.  After the meeting I sat and talked to all of the awesome women who work there.  I got some great protein ideas, awesome breakfast and lunch ideas.  Greek yogurt was one suggestion.  I stopped at the store and picked some up.  I absolutely love it.  Why haven't I tried it before.  If you haven't tried it - you've got to!  Awesome and filling snack.  Getting back to what I know and the basics is feeling great. Thanks for the comments and concerns.  You are all fabulous!
