I'm sitting here watching the snow fall. It's actually very pretty. Light, fluffy and steady. I have a nine mile run to do today or tomorrow. I really am dreading running on the treadmill for two hours. It sounds even worse to run in a circle for that long. I'm really hoping for a break in the weather so I can do it outside.
I had a great weigh in yesterday - down 6 pounds. It felt great to see movement. Today I'm focusing on staying at 28 points and eating NO sugar. It's just one day. Yesterday, I gave myself a free day. I tracked but ate what I wanted. It's okay to have that every once in a while. Now it's time to buckle down and focus on the days and week ahead. Did I mention my Weight Watchers is FREE again? I was so excited!
Mentally I've got to set my sights beyond 174 - it's a number I'm stuck on mentally. I'm pushing past this. Just doing my best each day and I'll see results! Happy Friday!
