Ok.  Deep.  Today is a new day.  The sun is shining.  It is a beautiful day.

I got up and went to spin this morning.  Thanks Morgan for the inspiration.  I forgot how much I really liked it.  Awesome cardio and I think that's what I've been missing.  I need more cardio each week and I need my endurance to build up.  Right now it's pretty low.

Food.  I have to run a mile to burn off the calories from the tortilla chips and Que Bueno I just ate.  Was it worth it?  I have mixed feelings.  I waited to long too have breakfast so I snacked on them.  Do I wish I hadn't.  Yep but what can I do?  Lots.  Eat earlier.  Have a glass of water.  Chew a piece of gum.  I've got a lot of tools I could use.  I've got to get in the habit of using those tools.

I've got to attend my Weight Watchers meeting.  It renews my outlook and things.  Saturday.  That's my goal to go.  Not my favorite day to attend but I've got to make it a point to get there.

I did have a yummy egg scramble with spinach, garlic, a Morning Star sausage patty, mushrooms and onions.  Yummy.  Now to plan a lunch and then dinner.  My focus is on lean proteins and veggies.  Doable.

  1. I'm so glad you went to spin, and that you remembered how much you like it. I am having some issues with the music played in the class I go to, but it is the only one I can go to, so what do you do?

    I also love a good breakfast scramble. Mushrooms and spinach - yum! I also love bell pepper in mine. Now I'm hungry :)
