Awesome spin class this morning!  Loving this new found cardio.  What a difference a week makes.  Mentally, I'm getting back to where I need to be.  Physically, I'm feeling improvement also.  My legs are hammered today.  A five mile run yesterday and spin today - whoa.  I've got a four mile run tomorrow and it's going to be nice and easy. 

There is nothing like running.  It is a new found freedom, well three year old freedom that I appreciate everyday I get to do it.  I love breathing so deeply and so much that my entire body is renewed and alive.

  1. I need to get back to finding my running happy place. I've been out of it for a while and I am so ready to find it again. My body seems to be conspiring against me working out - bad cold last week kept me from working out the last half of the week, and today a migraine is keeping me from spin. I am glad that you at least are finding your groove!
