Out of bed and on schedule!  I went to my spin class this morning.  My legs are feeling it!  I really am loving it.  I haven't bought any biking shoes yet but my Brooks with my Super Feet inserts seem to make my feet happy.  If you haven't tried a spin class yet, you are missing out. You've got to try it!

I'm struggling with food a little.  Working out more makes me hungry.  Yesterday and today I've had 400-500 calorie mornings.  Crazy.  I've got to plan a little so that I'm not over my calories today.

As long as I don't get on the scale, I feel like I'm doing great.  The scale is just not where I want it.
Just keep swimming.
