This Friday is my 10 mile run. I was really hoping for good weather so I would be able to run outside. Just checked the weather -- snow, snow, snow. Hello! It's April!

Today was another 4 mile run. It felt good and my hips actually loosened up by mile 2 so it wasn't so bad :)

Eating and tracking are going well again. I had a really rough day on Saturday but I knew it would be a struggle. I ate seconds on two meals and at some yummy chocolate chip cookies. Sunday was better and yesterday I was focused again and back to plan. Do you have a place that triggers bad eating? Mine is when I go back home. My parents house is that trigger. It's got to be from years of terrible eating and that sense of comfort when I'm there. It's not like I ate terrible - I had two sandwiches for lunch -- on thin buns, light mayo, pickles and ham. For dinner I had two servings of Southwest Chicken on tortillas. It is realatively healthy - chicken, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn - It's just the amount I ate. A plus - my mom made some cinnamon rolls that looked so good - I had a taste and that was good. That's it - a taste.

I do feel like I'm in a good place - It is slow. It is very slow. I am beginning to wonder if the new points plus works for me - I would really like to assign the fruit points and see what happens. Yesterday I read my WW book again and I think as long as I'm following the good health guidelines everything will work out!
