I had a good run this morning. My hip (left this time) didn't really loosen up until mile 3 - I actually stopped and stretched after the first mile too. I get to see physical therapist on Wednesday and hopefully he can give my some stretches and exercises that will help. I think getting out of the rec center would do wonders.
Food. Food. Food. I have really struggled this weekend. Last Friday I was up two pounds. Go figure. So this weekend I tracked but really didn't limit myself. Today though, I'm back on track. I got my WW book out and read a little. I'm going to work on my Healthy Guidelines this week. Focus on water, dairy, fruits and veggies. I'm going to track these each day. I'm still aiming for the 65 pound mark. Here goes nothing! Have a great day!
65 here you come - just stay on plan. Tracking is good, but you also have to limit, so thats the next step!!
ReplyDeleteHow is your something extra going? I wasn't able to do it for a week due to surgery - but I am back on the bandwagon tonight!!
