I was going to try and write what I've been feeling yesterday and today. Then I went to this blog and she summed it up beautifully. If you're a little discouraged with the scale, read this blog

I ran today -- 8 miles. The most to date. The most in the history of me. It was nice and slow. I listened to a Love and Logic cd I loaded on my iphone. The time actually passed quickly and I learned something during that hour. I wasn't just focused on running. What can I say. I did it. It's done.

I'm sorry to say that my something extra didn't get done yesterday. It will today. I can tell a real difference when I do daily crunches and push ups. Funny - they take so little time. It shouldn't be a struggle at all to do them.

  1. Eight Miles!!! All I can say is amazing. Your half will be a breeze. When and where are you running it? Keep it up, Molly. I am very proud of you. The weather will change soon, and it is so nice to run outside.
