Just when I thought my hips were doing great - they remind me that I still need to pay attention to my stretching. I ran 5 miles today. Felt good. Glad to have it done. It snowed today. Yes - snow. Welcome to spring. I can't wait to run outside!

  1. Where is spring? It's so cold today, furnace still running--no snow, but cold rain here.

    I work on my hips every night. I either do Classical Stretch or some yoga. It helps a lot.
