Life is busy. I did my stretching instead of posting about my 9 mile run. My hips feel great. I can tell a huge difference. Nine miles was tough but only because it was inside. A little boring. A little stuffy. My knee was killing me the first mile - weird because it has never bothered me before. I stopped and walked it off then finished the other 8 miles.

I weighed in today. A 1.4 pound gain. I'm not even stressing. Mentally I'm in a great place and physically I feel great. I knew that I had a bigger loss show last week because I ran before weigh in. Next week I will be at my 65 pound mark and it will be great!
