I took it easy today, a nice 3 mile run. I have been doing my something extra - I just haven't documented it. Thanks for the challenge and keeping up with me!

Weight loss. sigh..... I'm just floating in the 200 pound zone. Floating up and down. Is it lack of motivation? I don't feel unmotivated. Is it what I'm eating? It could be better but life isn't perfect. I haven't had cookies or any sugary things. I've had my veggies, my water, my fruit - even dairy. I did use almost all of my points allowance over the weekend. In the book is says you can use all 49 points and lose weight. Even without using all of it and having over 45 activity points I'm still not losing.

Deep breath - simplify and look at the details. Today.
