Fabulous Monday. I feel great - mentally and physically. My run was good - slow but good. Have you ever been running and you feel like you are flying. Then your Nike app tell you you're slower than you usually are. Weird but that was today. My hips feel great. I'm so grateful for physical therapy and the stretches he gave me. I'm getting some tendinitis in my Achilles tendon in the back of my ankle. After reading on line, it's from the increase mileage and running on a hard surface. It's so time to go outside. Ready or not - I think it's going to happen next week. I don't want to do another long run inside.
