I really want to add some strength training. I read an article this weekend that said if you do 20 minutes of strength training first then a long run (30 minutes or more) it will boost your metabolism by 25% for 60 minutes following the workout. I'm going to try and fit it it - the strength exercises given focus on strengthening the hips and core which is exactly what I need. I'm excited to add something new. I'm even more excited that it's only 2 days a week. I can do that!
